Hindi Love Poem on Destiny-Jo Hota Hai Acche Ke Liye Hota hai

जो होता है अच्छे के लिये होता है
बड़ी चाहत थी कि मैं भी इश्क कर लूं,
चांद- तारे तोड़ लाने की बाते कर लूं।
तेरी हर मुश्किलों में साथ निभाता रहूं,
जन्मों-जनम तक मैं तेरा ही रहूं।
फिर वो सुहानी सी मौसम की घड़ी आयी,
दिल में एक आशा की किरण लायी।
सोचा चलो इज़हार कर दूं आज,
दिनों बाद आयी थी हिम्मत आज।
मैंने कहा, ना जी सकूंगा तुम बिन,
तड़प रहा मैं जैसे मछली पानी बिन।
माना कि आज मैं एक गरीब किसान हूँ,
पर कभी आंसू आने न दूंगा ये वादा करता हूँ।
“अपनी औकात में रह” कहकर वो मना कर गयी,
बड़े घमण्ड से प्यार को ठुकरा वो चली गयी।
प्यार-व्यार सब अपने लिये नहीं यह सोच,
ज़िन्दगी की राह में मैं अकेला निकल पड़ा।
कुछ वर्षों बाद बंगला-गाड़ी,पैसा आ गया,
मैं अपनी जिंदगी जीना सीख गया।
वो जहां कल थी वहीं आज है,
मैंने तरक्की की ऊंचाई पा ली है।
हर अंधेरी रात बाद नया दिन आता है,
किसी ने सच ही कहा है,
जो होता है अच्छे के लिये होता है।

Jo Hota Hai Acche Ke Liye Hota Hai
Badi chahat thi ki main bhi ishq kar lu, (I wish I could also fall in love)
Chand taarey tod laane ki baat kar lu. (I could talk about plucking moon and stars from the sky)
Teri har mushkilo mein sath nibhata rahu, (I could stand by your side in every adversity)
Janmo-Janam tak main tera hi rahu. (I stay only yours for multiple births)
Phir wo suhani si mausam ki ghadi agayi, (Again that beautiful moment has arrived)
Dil mein asha ki kiran layi. (It brought a ray of hope in my heart)
Socha chalo izhar kar du aj (I thought I should confess my love for you today)
Dino baad ayi thi himmat aaj (I had gathered the courage to do so after so many days today)
Maine kaha, na ji sakunga tum bin, (I said, I cannot live without you)
Tadap raha main jaise machli paani bin (I am distressed without you like a fish is without water)
Maana ki aaj main ek gareeb kisaan hu, (I agree that today I am a poor farmer)
Par kabhi ansu aane na dunga ye waada karta hu. (But I will never let tears enter your eyes, I promise it to you)
“Apni aukaat mein reh” keh kar wo mana kar gayi, (“Stay within your limits,” saying this she rejected me)
Bade ghamand se pyaar ko thukra wo chali gayi. (With great ego, she walked away rejecting my love)
Pyar vyar sab apne liye nahi yah soch, (This love etc is not my cup of tea, thinking this)
Zindagi ki raah mein main akela nikal pada, (I started moving ahead in my life alone)
Kuch varsho baad bangla-gaadi, paisa agaya, (After few years, I earned a big house, car and money)
Main apni zindagi jeena seekh gaya. (I learnt how to live my life)
Wo jahan kal thi wahi aaj hai (She is still at the same point as she was yesterday)
Maine tarakki ki unchai pa li hai. (I have attained the zenith of my progress in life)
Har andheri raat bad naya din aata hai, (After every dark night, a new day follows)
Kisi ne sach hi kaha hai, (Someone has said the truth)
Jo hota hai acche ke liye hota hai. (Whatever happens, happens for the good)
